About Me

I'm an IT support professional who enjoys solving technical problems and building small tools that make everyday work easier. I like writing simple scripts in Python and working with tools like Git and basic APIs to automate repetitive tasks and speed up workstation setups.

After earning my Computer Science degree, I moved into IT operations at a law firm where I support more than 75 users. My day to day work includes setting up workstations, managing user accounts, installing software, troubleshooting issues, and keeping systems stable for the team.

Outside of my daily work, I spend time learning more about cloud infrastructure and security. I'm currently studying for the Security+ and AWS certifications while continuing to build small technical projects and tools.

I enjoy figuring out how systems work, improving workflows, and gradually building stronger technical skills over time.
